These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales of tiles, marble, natural stone, and related services provided by MARVRA Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) to consumers and business customers.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Separate sections apply to Consumers (B2C) and Business Clients (B2B) where required.

Products & Materials

Natural Variation

Tiles, marble, and natural stone may vary in:

  • colour
  • pattern and veining
  • texture
  • gloss level
  • calibration and thickness (within industry tolerances)

These variations are inherent to the material and do not constitute defects.

Inspection Before Installation

Customers must inspect products before installation.

Once materials are installed, MARVRA cannot accept claims regarding:

  • shade variation
  • sizing
  • surface finish
  • defects not reported before installation

This rule applies to both B2C and B2B.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing

All prices on our website or quotes are shown inclusive of VAT (TTC) unless stated otherwise.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • bank transfer
  • cash
  • card payments (where available)

Full payment is required before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits

Some orders, including cut-to-size work or large volumes, may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be specified in your quotation.

Orders, Availability & Lead Times

Stock Items

Orders are subject to availability.

Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Cut-to-Size Orders

Cut-to-size items are:

  • custom-made
  • non-returnable
  • subject to extended lead times
  • delivered or collected only after full payment

Delivery & Warehouse Collection

Delivery

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Delivery is kerbside only
  • The driver is not responsible for moving goods inside the property
  • Someone must be present to receive and sign
  • Missed deliveries may incur redelivery charges
  • Risk transfers to the customer once delivery is completed.

Warehouse Collection

Customers can collect from our warehouse by appointment.

You must:

  • inspect the goods before loading
  • ensure you have the correct vehicle to transport pallets
  • secure the load safely

MARVRA is not responsible for damages occurring after collection.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Consumers (B2C)

Under UK law, returns may not apply to:

  • products sold in-store or collected in person
  • goods made to your specification (cut-to-size)
  • opened boxes or unpacked tiles

We accept returns only if:

  • items are unopened and in original condition
  • returned within 14 days

Approved in writing by MARVRA Limited

A handling/restocking fee may apply.

Businesses (B2B)

B2B orders are final, non-returnable, and not covered by consumer return rights.

Damages & Claims

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery or collection and must include:

  • order number
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the damaged items
  • unopened pallets wherever possible

Claims made after installation cannot be accepted.

Liability

MARVRA is not liable for:

  • installation errors
  • damage caused during storage, handling, or onsite conditions
  • indirect or consequential losses
  • costs related to project delays, labour, or installers

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Samples

Samples are indicative only.

Full orders may vary in colour, tone, and texture due to manufacturing batches or natural stone variations.

Warranty

Tiles and materials are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, where applicable.

Warranty does not cover:

  • improper installation
  • misuse
  • natural variations
  • wear and tear

B2B Specific Terms

For business customers:

  • Payment terms must be agreed in writing

  • Title transfers only after full payment

  • Risk transfers on delivery or collection

  • No refunds or returns on any B2B orders

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise

Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
