Is Touch suitable for both floors and walls?
Suitability depends on the selected format and its technical rating. Check the specifications on this page, or ask us to confirm Touch for your floor or wall application.
Do Touch tiles need sealing?
No. Porcelain is dense and non-porous, so Touch needs no sealing. It resists water and stains and wipes clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Can I use Touch in a bathroom or kitchen?
Porcelain is water resistant, but the required finish and slip rating depend on where it will be installed. Ask us to confirm the selected Touch format for wet or high-traffic areas.
What sizes and finish does Touch come in?
Touch is available in 120x60 cm, in a satin matt finish.
How many tiles or boxes will I need?
It depends on your area and the size you pick. Use the area calculator on this page: enter your m² and it works out the boxes and tiles, with an optional 10% added for cuts and wastage.
Can I order a sample before buying?
Not sure about the shade? Order a sample for £1.99, credited towards your tile order.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard UK delivery is free on product orders over £349. Delivery is in 1 to 3 working days on a pallet. The checkout shows the delivery charge below that threshold. The same rates apply anywhere in the UK, with no postcode surcharge. Someone needs to be present to receive the pallet.
What is your returns policy?
You can return full, unopened boxes within 14 days of delivery: tell us within 24 hours of delivery, then bring them to our Barnet depot or we collect at cost. A restocking fee of 20% (minimum £10) applies, and refunds are made within 10 working days. Cut, fitted and special-order tiles cannot be returned. Report damage in writing, with photographs, within 24 hours, and note any shortage on the delivery note. Your statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days is not affected.
Is Touch suitable for commercial spaces?
Commercial suitability depends on traffic, finish and the selected format's technical rating. Send us the project details and we will confirm whether Touch is appropriate.

Returns
- Eligible online consumer orders may be cancelled within 14 days. Other returns: full, unopened boxes within 14 days, less a 20% restocking fee (minimum £10).
- Report any damage or shortage within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs.
- Order a sample for £1.99 first if the shade matters. It is credited back against your tile order.
