Every tile we sell is matt: full matt on Harrat and Safari, satin matt on Infinity, Onix and Touch, and a textured structured matt on the 30 x 60 cm Cava Veins.
17 porcelain tiles from £16.07 per m² inc VAT, in 120 x 60, 40 x 90 and 30 x 60 cm. Samples £1.99.
Why choose a matt porcelain tile
A matt finish softens light instead of reflecting it, so the stone pattern reads as natural and everyday marks and water spots show far less than on a polished tile. Every tile in our range is matt: full matt, satin matt, or a textured structured matt.
Full matt, as on Harrat and Safari, has the most natural stone feel. Satin matt, as on Infinity, Onix and Touch, has a slight sheen that lifts a room without shine. Structured matt, on the 30 x 60 cm Cava Veins tiles, adds a light texture you can feel underfoot.
Every Marvra tile is 11 mm rectified porcelain, classified BIa with water absorption of 0.5% or less, and tested to BS EN 14411. Order a sample for £1.99, credited back against your tile order, to see the colour in your own light before you commit.
Questions
What is the difference between matt and satin matt?
Matt has no sheen at all. Satin matt has a soft, low sheen that catches the light slightly without looking polished.
Are matt tiles hard to clean?
No. Our matt porcelain is non-porous and needs no sealing; a damp cloth and a mild detergent is enough.
Which finish does each tile have?
The finish is listed on every tile card and product page. Cava Veins has two: structured matt in 30 x 60 cm and satin matt in 60 x 120 cm.

“Bought marble-effect tiles from Marvra for our bathroom reno and couldn’t be happier. The quality is brilliant — natural-looking veining, no cheap “printed” look, and the large tiles gave the whole room a proper high-end finish. Used them on the walls, floor, and shower enclosure and they all tie together beautifully. Collection was quick and easy, and the tiles were well packaged with no damage. Great value for the quality you get. Highly recommend Marvra — will definitely be using them again!”
